Tiny was born at Wytheville, VA, to Charence Brown, Jr., and Nancy Lee Crouse Brown.

Surviving, his parents, Clarence Junior Brown and Nancy L. Brown of Elk Creek, VA; brother and wife, Robert and Ann Brown of Galax, VA

Memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Lebanon United Methodist Church in Elk Creek, VA; The Rev. Bill Shupe and the Rev. Johnny Johnson officiating. Interment in Lebanon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30 p.m. until time for the service and at other times at the home of Junior and Nancy Brown at 47 Victory Lane, Elk Creek, VA
