Mrs. Finley was born at Whitetop, VA, to the late James Lester Finley, and Edith Elizabeth Blevins Finley.

Surviving, two daughters and spouse, Sue Miller of Rugby, VA, and Brenda and Tim Walls of Whitetop, VA; four sons and spouses, Wayne and Debbie Finley of Thomasville, NC, Jess Finley, and Mike and Susan Finley of Whitetop, VA, and Jimmy and Melissa Finley of Lansing, NC; 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren also survive.

The family will receive friends at the Helton Valley Baptist Church on Friday, August 10, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Helton Valley Baptist Church.
