Baily, age 15, passed away Friday, September 14, 2018 at his residence, 40 Cabin Creek Lane, Mouth of Wilson, VA

Baily was born in Jefferson, NC to Gary Elliott Howell and Joy Absher Howell. He was a student at Grayson County High School.

Surviving, parents, Gary E. and Joy M. Howell of the home;
brother, Morgan Howell of the home, sister, Sianna Howell of the home; paternal grandparents, Lois Miller of Piney Creek, NC and Oren Howell of Piney Creek, NC; maternal grandparents, Michael and Cynthia Sizemore of Mouth of Wilson, VA; aunt, Kaitlyn Sizemore and two uncles, Ricky Howell of Piney Creek, NC and Timmy Howell of Ashe County, NC

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 21, 2018
in Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel, Independence, VA. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until time for the service.
Rev. Dennis Blevins, Rev. Johnathan Stansberry and Rev. Julias Owens will officiate. The burial will follow in Greer Cemetery at Cabin Creek the Mt. Rogers Community, Mouth of Wilson, VA
