Bob Sizemore, age, 91 of Grassy Creek, the Helton Community died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the Margate Health and Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson, NC.  He was born April 12, 1928 in Rugby, Virginia to John and Lue Greer Sizemore.  He was the widower of Raynelle Richardson Sizemore and was also preceded in death by a grandson, Josh Sizemore.  He was a retired carpenter and was a member of the Haw Orchard Baptist Church in Rugby, Virginia.

He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Donnie May of Lansing, NC, a son and a daughter-in-law, Danny and Marnie Sizemore of Grassy Creek, NC; one sister, Vi Williams of Rugby, Virginia; three grandchildren, Curtis May, Amy May, and Tonya Sizemore; step-granddaughter, Audrey Swing; three great grandchildren, two step-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 26 at 2:00 PM at the Haw Orchard Baptist Church with the Bro Tommy McClure and Pastor Randy Lovelace officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
