Carl was born at Havre De Grace, Maryland to James Swanson Richardson and Helen Kirby Richardson

Surviving, His wife, Linda Moxley Richardson of the home; two sons,
James Richardson of St. Petersburg, FL and Greg Richardson of Elk Creek, VA, one brother and spouse, Kenneth and Carolyn Richardson of Elk Creek, VA; a niece, Nicole Waller of Elk Creek

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 10th, 2018
at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Chapel. Rev. David Osborne will officiate
Masonic rites will be conducted by Independence Masonic Lodge 129 A.F.& A.M.
The family will receive friends (Friday) from 12:00 noon preceding the service
