Carol McGrady Greer, age 80, of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, the Rugby Community, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at her home

She was born in Grayson County, Virginia to Millard McGrady and Lilly Walls McGrady.

Carol is survived by her husband, Cecil R.Greer of the home; daughter and spouse, Charlotte and Richard Deuterman of Rugby, VA; four sons and spouses, Cecil "Boug" and Juanita Greer and AnthonyGreer and girlfriend Heather all of Rugby, VA, J. B. and Debbie Greer of Galax, VA and James and Laura Greer of Chilhowie, VA; two brothers and spouse, Louis and Carol McGrady of Mouth of Wilson, VA and Bryan McGrady of Aberdeen, MD; 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren also survive

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 1, 2017 in Laurel Hill Baptist Church, Rugby, VA. Interment in Corinth Cemetery, Rugby, VA; Rev. Tim Boyette, Dwight Sells, and Rev. Dusty Reedy will officiate

The family will receive friends at the Laurel Hill Baptist Church (tonignt) Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. and at other times at the home
