Charles Leon Webb, age 82, died at his home on January 23, 2020 at his home in Independence, Virginia.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Libby Webb; grandson, Michael Phipps,; two brothers, Robert Webb and Glenn Webb.

He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law,  Leon Webb, Jr. and Craig and Deborah Webb; daughter, Terry Ramey of Independence, Virginia; 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel in Independence, Virginia.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society 1145 E, Rio Road #104 Charlottesville, Virginia 22901.
