Debbie Lee Busby, age 64, of Independence, VA passed away at her home on Feb. 22, 2025.  She was born in Jefferson, North Carolina on June 3, 1960, to Francis and Virginia Parsons Baldwin.  Debbie served as an office manager at Carilion Medical Clinic for five years.  She will be remembered as one dedicated to her faith and her love of the Lord.  She was an excellent student and a most talented artist.

She is survived by two children, Chrystal Bare and Amanda Bare of Minnesota; three sisters, Kathy Baldwin of West Jefferson, Penni and Harold Sheets of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, and Lisa and Jim West of Lansing, North Carolina; one granddaughter also survives.

At Debbie's request, there will be no formal services conducted.
