Deborah Louise Blevins, age, 67 of Galax, VA formerly of Whitetop, VA passed away on November 29, 2023, at the Wake Forest Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.  "Debbie" was born in Haletown, MD on August 7, 1956, to Paul and Joann Farmer Blevins.  She will be remembered for her love of plants which were abundant in every room of her house.  She was an exceptional cook.  She loved all animals especially dogs.  While she had no grandchildren, she had adoptive grandchildren, her great niece and nephew, Brielyn and Brendan.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Pasley of Florida; two sons, Justin D. Pasley of Galax, VA and Zachariah Henderson of Fries, VA; two brothers, Johnny Blevins, NC and Randy and Darlene Blevins of Troutdale, VA; two sisters, Wanda Sheets of Sparta, NC and Diane and Joe Perry of Rugby, VA; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Whitetop Baptist Church with Rev. Matt Linkous and Bro. Chris Perry officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.  Inurnment will follow in the Whitetop Cemetery.
