With great sadness, the family of Deborah Lee Poe, age 68, announces her passing at her home on Friday June 27, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on March 18, 1957, in Jefferson, NC to Olen and Emogene Price who preceded her in death.

Deborah was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She found great joy in providing for her family.  She was a "people person" who enjoyed life.  Her presence would light up any gathering.  She will be remembered as kind-hearted and patient person.  Her life made an impact on all with whom she contacted.  While she maintained a life-long fascination with dragon flies and hummingbirds, she shared a loving compassion for all animals.  Her passing leaves a great void which can only be filled by reflecting upon the many cherished memories she shared with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Gregory Poe of the home, one daughter and son-in-law, Shawna and Tyler Kerhoulas; one brother, Douglas Price; eight nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and extended family also survive.

A celebration of life service will be announced and conducted at a later date.
