Donald Wayne Spencer, age 61, of Wytheville, VA, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 in his home

Mr. Spencer was born at Marion, VA, to Boyd Wayne Spencer and Eva Jane Bonham Spencer. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Allen Spencer

Surviving, wife, Deborah Teter Spencer of the home; sons and spouses, Brandon and Sandra Spencer of Wytheville, VA, Chris and Patty Spencer of Sugar Grove, VA and Timmy and Anna Spencer of Chattanooga, TN; Grandchildren, Clayton, Clinton, Caleb, Madison, Carson and Kolbie; two step-daughters, Kimberly and David Chiu of Greensboro, NC and Angela McMillion of Rural Retreat, VA; one brother, Randall Lee and Tammy Spencer of Marion, VA, and several nieces and nephews also survive

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 9, 2018 in Chestnut Hill Baptist Church, Independence, VA. Rev. Tom Burcham will officiate. Interment in Chestnut Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the church from 1:00 P.M. until time for the service
