Dortha Virginia McMichael, age 92, of Newport, TN passed away on Feb. 11, 2019 in Morristown, TN.  She was the widow of Stanley Webb and Lewis McMichael.  She was born on November 24, 1926 in Rugby, Virginia to Lee and Flossie Reedy Mahaffey.  In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Alvin Webb.

She is survived by four daughters:  Dorthy Marie Williams (Willie), Fern Hudson (Dean) both of Newport, TN, Laura Delp of North Freedom WI, Rebecca Hemric (Charles) of Quarryville, PA; seventeen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson also survives.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019 at 11:00  AM at Haw Orchard Baptist Church in Rugby, VA with John Williams and Clark Delp to officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
