Eddie Elmore Cox, age 72, of Salam, VA, formerly of Independence, VA, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Lewis-Gale Hospital in Salem, VA
Eddie was the son of the late Cleve and Lura Cox and was also preceded in death by his son Anthony Cox
Surviving, wife of 48 years Judy Cox of the home; daughter and spouse, Edwynna and Steven Magandawer of Salem; two grandchildren, brother and spouse, Bobby and Anna Cox of Independence, VA; sister and spouse, Carolyn and Charlie Delp of Elk Creek, VA and several nieces and nephews also survive
A Cryptside Service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 16th, 2018 at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem, VA
