Elizabeth Lorraine Webb, age 81, of Independence, Virginia, died on October 23, 2019 at her home.  She was born on September 18, 1938 in Olney, Maryland to Albert V. and Debbie H. Harding.

She is survived by her husband, Leon Webb, Sr. of the home; two sons and a spouse, Leon Webb, Jr. of Galax, Virginia and Craig and Debbie Webb of Independence; daughter, Terry Ramey of Independence; sister, Hazel Emerson of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday morning at 11:00 AM at Reins-Sturdivant with Rev. Matt Linkous.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery in Independence, Virginia.
