Eugene "Frank" Farmer, age 91, of Independence, VA, passed away Sunday Feb 28, 2021 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital, Elkin, NC.

Preceded in death by his wife, Irene H. Farmer and son Ken Farmer.

Surviving are his Daughter & Spouse Janet & Tommy Delp; Grand-daughter Mikki Delp; Great Grandchildren Dalton & Harley Reece, all of Independence, VA; Spcial family member Steven Reece of Wytheville, VA; Brothers & Spouses Thomas & Leta Farmer and Rex & Ada Ruth Farmer of Independence, VA.

Five cousins and several special friends also survive.

Graveside service will be conducted Monday, March 8, 2021 at 2:00pm at Saddle Creek Cemetery.

Family will be at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (masks required) one hour preceding funeral service.

The family requests NO FOOD.

In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to charity of donor's choice.
