Mrs. Evelyn Pearl Crouse Hollinger, age 79, of Mt. Airy, NC died on Saturday, May 28, 2022, at the Twelve Oaks Nursing Home in Mt. Airy, NC.  She was born on September 17, 1941, in Virginia to Henry and Annie Crouse.  She was the widow of Edward C. Hollinger. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Edward W. Hollinger.

Mrs. Hollinger is survived by one son, David and Jane Hollinger of York, PA; two daughters Donna Marchione of New Cumberland, PA and Dorothy Hollinger of Independence, VA; one brother Jesse Crouse of Fries, VA; two sisters, Dorothy Hollinger of Independence, VA and Geneva Anders of Fries, VA; eight grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren also survive.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Cemetery in Independence, VA with the Rev. David Osborne officiating.
