Franklin Odell Osborne, Jr. age 59, of Troutdale, Virginia, died August 14, 2019 in Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion, Virginia.  He was born December 12, 1959 in Independence, Virginia to Franklin Odell Osborne, Sr. and Elsie Rutherford Osborne.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Daniel Osborne of the home; his mother, Elsie Rutherford Miller of Florida; three sons, Franklin Odell Osborne III of t Florida, Sam Osborne of Florida, Michael Osborne of Virginia; six daughters, Melissa Spinuzza of Ohio, Tina Arevalo of Kentucky, Angela Aquirre of  Florida, Morgan Green of Florida,Chelsea Summerlin of Florida, Kory Osborne of Florida; two brothers, James Osborne of Florida and Jeff Osborne of  Kentucky; one sister, Jacqueline Osborne of Florida; and twenty-one grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 at Gold Hill Baptist Church by Rev. David Trent with burial to follow at the Gold Hill Cemetery in Gold Hill, Virginia.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral.
