Obituary

George Carl Eller, age 66, of Mouth of Wilson, Virginia died at his home on December 16, 2017. Mr. Eller was born on July 7, 1951 to Billie Carl and Dorothy Elizabeth Carlson Eller in Jefferson North Carolina.
Mr. Eller was a member of Carroll-Grayson Cattle Producers Association, Virginia Cattlemen's Association, National Cattlemen's Beef Association and the Goodwill Garange #959. For many years he worked as a licensed and bonded livestock dealer.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Young's Chapel Baptist Church at Oak Hill Academy by the Rev. Doug Turnmire. Burial will follow in the Hall Cemetery by Rev. Doug Halsey and Brother Ed Hall. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening at Young's Chapel Baptist Church at Oak Hill Academy from 6:00-8:00.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Eller is survived by his wife: Rebecca Jeffery Ann Eller of the Home, two daughters: Stacy and Rodney Halsey of Mouth of Wilson and Hannah Ruth Eller of Mouth of Wilson and Logan Martin Pearisburg, Virginia. Two brothers: Billy Eller and Charles and Patricia Eller of Creston and one sister: Linda and Gary Osborne of Creston, NC. Two grandsons: Riley George and Staten Rex Halsey and several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
The family request that memorial contributions be made to the Rugby Rescue Squad 53 Rugby Road Mouth of Wilson, Virginia 24363.
