George Herman Noftsinger, Jr. age, 78, of Galax, Virginia died Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.  He was born on March 1, 1942 to George Herman, Sr. and Elizabeth Mayhew Noftsinger in Dundalk, Maryland.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Cline of the home; two daughters, Michelle Adams (Fiancé, Tracy Ezell of Havre De Grace, Maryland, and Nicole Rockhill (Kevin) of Street, Maryland; two step-children, Randy and Debra Cline of Wytheville, Virginia and Michelle Cline (Reggie Cassady) Baywood, Virginia; five grandchildren, Michael Pierce, Tyler Rockhill, Lena Rockhill, Loudon Rockhill and Ben Jones; one sister, Mary Price (Charlie) of Jarrettsville, Maryland.

Graveside services will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 AM at the Speedwell United Methodist Church Cemetery by Glenn Hyatt.

Military rites will be conducted by the Grayson County VFW Post 7726.
