Georgia Omafay Brewer, age 86, of Galax, Virginia died on Oct 29, 2020 in Bland, Virginia.  She was born on January 26, 1934 in Grayson County to William "Bill" and Mae Osborne Brewer.

She is survived by one niece, Melissa Gilbert of Grayson County; several cousins also survive.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen Barker, two brothers, Curtis Brewer and Raymond Brewer; several cousins also survive.

Graveside services will be conducted on 2:00 PM Saturday, Oct. 31, 2020 at the Forest Cemetery in Elk Creek, Virginia by Rev. Elvis Poole.
