Mr. Harold Marshall  Phipps, better known as Pete,  age 74, of Morristown ,TN, formerly of Troutdale ,Virginia  died May 24, 2019 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, TN.

He is survived by his wife: Peggy Phipps of Marion, Virginia;

Two sons:  Dwight Phipps of Morristown, TN  and fiancé, Donna Guffey

Paul Phipps  of Wytheville, Virginia

One sister: Nancy Hodge of Independence, VA

And several Nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow on Wednesday morning at Burton's Chapel Cemetery at 11:00 with Mr. Clarence Testerman officiating.
