Hazel Weaver Poole, age 75, formerly of Grassy Creek, NC and of Bumpass, VA , passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at her home

She was the widow of the late Jim Poole

Surviving, daughter, Bette Sklon of Bumpass, VA; two stepsons, Michael J. Poole of Australia and John H. Poole of Stow, Oh,
step-daughter, Katherine P. Bryant of Roanoke, VA; one sister, Maxine Blevins of Jefferson, NC and two brothers, George Weaver of Bristol, TN and Dillard Weaver of Grassy Creek, NC

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Pleasant Home Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Billy Joe Blevins will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church one hour preceding the service.
