James Wesley Foley, III, age 53, of Marion, Virginia died on May 31, 2022, at the Johnson City Memorial Hospital in TN.  He was born in Martinsville, Virginia on October 20, 1968, to James Wesley Foley, II and Linda Marie Stuart Snavley who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his son, Nathaniel Wesley Foley of Spokane, Washington; one sister, Alessia "Lisa" and Roger Brewer of Independence, Virginia; brother, Timothy and Jamie Snavley of Marion, Virginia; several aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews also survive.

At Mr. Foley's request, there will be no formal services.
