Jeffery Craig Miller, age, 62, of Independence, VA passed away at his home on February 14, 2023, with his mother and brother at his side. He was born in Harford County, Maryland on November 17, 1960, to John Carlton Miller and Jo Fitzgerald O'Neal.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joel Miller.

Jeffery had several occupational ventures throughout his life with his most recent being in the timber industry.  He was an honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Navy.  Jeffery will be remembered as a talented musician who enjoyed playing the guitar.  He was a master of trivia and knowledge as it pertained to the evolution of rock-n-roll music.  One had a hard time finding a question that he could not answer about that music genre.  He was a natural comedian who enjoyed a good laugh!  He was a talented artist with his medium being oils which he later expanded into watercolors.  He and his brother shared a mutual bond- not only were they brothers, but they were also best friends.

Jeffery is survived by his mother, Jo O'Neal of Independence, VA; brother, Bill Miller of Dawsonville, GA; niece, Staci Miller of West Jefferson, NC.

At Jeffery's request there will be no public service.
