Jesse Wayne Crouse, age 31, of Fires, Virginia died July 28, 2019 at North Carolina Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  He was born in Galax, Virginia on September 25, 1987 to Jesse E. Ray and Robin L. Horner Crouse.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sisters, Anna Crouse of New Orleans, LA, Frannie Crouse York, PA, and Bonnie Crouse Orange City, FL; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Garry Adams .  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in the Bethany Cemetery in Independence, Virginia.  Flowers are appreciated or memorial may be made to the Bethany Cemetery Fund c/o Joe Kirk 2609 Bethany Road Independence, Virginia 24348
