We celebrate the life of John Franklin Brown. He was born October 10, 1999 at Alleghany Memorial Hospital in Sparta, NC
John loved everything that allowed him to be outside. He loved to hunt, fish, and work with animals. He dreamed of joining the Navy and becoming a welder. John touched the lives deeply of everyone he met.
He never met a stranger. Everyone will always love him.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church in Sparta, North Carolina with Rev. Jeff Combs officiating. The burial will follow in the Edmonds Cemetery in Ennice, North Carolina. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church,

John is survived by his father, David Brown of Galax, VA; his mother and stepfather, Melony and Luis Haddad of Harmony, NC; brother, Joshua Brown of Galax, VA; step-brother, Luis Haddad of Harmony, NC;
maternal grandmother, Vicki Boyer of Sparta, NC; maternal grandfather and spouse, Roy and Becky Boyer of Independence, VA; paternal grandparents, Harvey and Alice Brown of Galax; maternal great-grandmother, Maggie Sturgill of Laurel Springs, NC; maternal aunt and uncle, Sherrie and Doyle of Hines of Sparta, NC; paternal aunt and uncle, Sheila and Michael Ryan of Independence, VA and several cousins also survive and best friend Jack Roae
