He was born July 13 1928 in Mouth of Wilson, VA to Joseph Volney Parsons and Carrie Mae Pugh Parsons.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday December 14 at 11:00 AM at Young's Chapel Baptist Church, Rev. Doug Turnmier officiating, interment in Young's Chapel Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the Church one hour preceding the funeral service.
He was born July 13 1928 in Mouth of Wilson, VA to Joseph Volney Parsons and Carrie Mae Pugh Parsons.
