Kathy Jane Breyvogel, age 62, of Galax, died on September 21, 2020 at the Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.  She was born on November 23, 1957 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to Vollie and Anna Mae Burton Mullins.  She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Judy Mullins; brother, Christopher Mullins; and granddaughter, Maleah Jane Tucker.

She is survived by her children, Joshua Russell and Glenna Russell of Galax, Virginia; Kara Hanks and Holden Crockett of Galax, Virginia; grandchildren, Quintin Russell, Braylen Tucker, Silas Crockett and D'shawn Crockett; brothers and sisters, Margaret Hodge, Danny Mullins, Doris Johnson, Roger Mullins, Patsy Adams, Vollena Carol Cho, Vollie Arthur "Ott" Mullins, and Cynthia Shortt; and life-long best friend, Julie Troutman of Baywood, Virginia.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday,  September 26, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Honey Grove Cemetery in the Flatridge Community.  Rev. Mark Carrico and Rev. Tom Burcham will officiate.
