Keith Douglas Wright, age 63, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021, at his residence in Independence, Virginia.

He is survived by his sons Keith Wright, Jr., and Jonathan L. Wright and wife Heather; and grandbabies Addilyn, Evelyn, and Henry; his longtime companion Nathilla McKinney; and siblings Bobby Wright, Faye Walker, Wayne Wright, and Carol Hensley. A host of other relatives and friends also survive.

The funeral service will be conducted Friday, June 25, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the Gospel Temple Church in Independence, Virginia. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Interment will follow at White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery in Sparta, North Carolina.
