Kenneth K. Kilby, Sr.  age 82, of Whitetop, Virginia, died Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN.  He was born March 4, 1937 to Luther and Margaret Stringer Kilby in Ashe County, NC.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy P. Kilby and a  Great-Grandson, Kenny Kilby.

He is survived by two sons, Kerwood Kilby, Jr. and Kevin Kilby both of Whitetop, Virginia; one half -sister, Catherine Lingerfeldt of Newton, North Carolina; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church in Whitetop, Virginia by Pastor Harvey Atkinson.  Burial will follow in the Whitetop Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at the church.
