Kenneth W. Spencer, age 51, of  Mouth of Wilson, Virginia died on September 5, 2019.  He was born on December 22, 1967 to Ernest and Margie M. Musick in Sparta, North Carolina.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Margie and Jerry Spencer of Rugby, Virginia; sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Dennis Hill of Troutdale, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law, Troy and Sarah Musick of Rugby, Virginia; two nieces, Jenny Hill of Wytheville, Virginia and Leeann Musick of Dobson, North Carolina; two nephews, Tyler and Lance Musick, Rugby, Virginia; special friend, Kay Brooks of Sugar Grove, Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his  father, Ernest Spencer and his brother, Leonard Spencer.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 2:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Doug Halsey.  Burial will follow in the Corinth Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
