Lila Jean Wilson of Galax, Virginia died on Friday, June 12, 2020 at Waddell Nursing Home in Galax, Virginia.  She was born on November 29, 1932 in Galax, Virginia to Dorcie and Irene Nutten Davis. She was the widow of Von Phipps Wilson.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Becky Wilson of King, North Carolina and Terry and Valerie Wilson of Rural Hall, North Carolina; grandchildren and spouses Steve and Katrina Wilson, Amanda and Derek Brown, Charity Wilson, Kara and Tony Shupe, and Grace and Jason Davis, Eight great-grandchildren also survive.

Private graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday at the Monta Vista Memorial Gardens in Galax, Virginia by Elder Terry Wilson.
