Louise Virginia Moyer, age 92, of Fries, VA., passed away on October 9, 2023, at the Grayson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Independence, VA. Ms. Moyer is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Vada Moyer.

She was born on March 27, 1929, and her life was a testament of love, resilience, and faith. Earlier in life, Louise was the proud owner and operator of a bar in Landover, MD. Her warm smile and welcoming spirit made it a popular hang out for many. Louise was passionate about her dog, "Tinkle." Their bond brought her great joy. Tinkle was truly a cherished companion. She also loved watching birds and often found comfort in their presence. Later in life, Louise became a minister and found great fulfillment in sharing the gospel with her friends and family.

Louise is survived by her daughter, Louise Jones of Galax, VA.; her grandchildren, Brian, Christopher, and Timothy, as well as eleven great-grandchildren, and a number of great-great grandchildren. In addition to her immediate family, she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Her presence will be greatly missed. May she rest in eternal peace.

At her request there will be no memorial service held for Ms. Moyer.
