Mac was born at Whitetop, Virginia to Sam Absher and Clarise Walls Absher. He passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Grayson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Independence, VA

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Sam Absher and Clarise Walls Absher and by his wife, Frances Cheeks Absher

Surviving, Daughter, Lisa Hash of Independence, VA; Son and spouse, Doug and Gladya Hash of Independence, VA; Granddaughter, Samantha Absher of Independence, VA and Grandson, Ethen Absher

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 22, 2018 in Saddle Creek Cemetery, Independence, VA. Rev. Bob Cheeks will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home from 12 Noon until 1:30 P>M
