Nancy was born at Volney, Virginia, to the late Steve M. Plummer and Jeston Wells Plummer. She passed away Friday, March 30, 2018 at Commonwealth Assisted Living Center, Hillsville, VA

Nancy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Garry and Jan Stoots of Hillsville, VA; Granddaughter and spouse Kristi and Allyn Horton of Blackwater, Virginia; Great-Granddaugher, Emily Mays of Blackwater, Virginia; Special friend, Kermit Wiles of Myrtle Beach, SC; Step-grandchildren, Jenni (James) Sinnett, Whitney (Rick) Burnette Whitt; Step-Great grandchildren, Dalton (Amanda) Horton, Amanda Horton, Jesse (Felicia) White, Josh White, Gideon Whitt, and Solomon Whitt

Funeral service will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Chapel, Independence, VA. Pastor Dwight Sells officiating. Interment in Little Wilson Cemetery, Mouth of Wilson, VA. Family will receive friends (Monday) one hour preceding the service at the funeral home.
