Stephen was born at Whitetop, VA, to Olen Price and Emogene Stanton Price . He was a Christmas Tree Farmer.

Surviving, wife, Sharon Price of the home; son, Marty Sizemore of Tennessee and Justin Price of Independence, VA; daughter Maggie and Ryan Turner of Giles County, VA; one sister, Debbie (Greg) Poe of Whitetop; one brother, Doug Price of Whitetop and four grandchildren

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment in Cole Cemetery, Whitetop, VA, to be placed beside his father, Olen Price.
