William "Bill" M. Blevins, 98, formerly of Grayson County, Virginia, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023, in Ohio.

He was born March 2, 1925 in Grayson County, to the late Edd and Berlie (Davis) Blevins.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by daughters, Wanda Isaacs, Loretta Bump, and Aleta Rogers; and siblings, Lucy Walls, Lola Parker, Irene Price, Ellen Warren, Idella Farmer, and Howard Blevins.

He is survived by his wife, Eula Blevins; sons, Steve (Kathy) Blevins and David Blevins; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Bill retired from AK Steel.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Haw Orchard Church on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 12:00 PM.  Burial will follow in the Haw Orchard Cemetery in Mouth of Wilson, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rugby Rescue Squad 53 Rugby Road Mouth of Wilson, VA 24363.
