William Howard Roupe Obituary

September 21, 1928 - April 23, 2021

William Howard Roupe, 92, of Piney Creek, NC passed away Friday April 23 at Margate Health & Rehab Center in Jefferson, NC.

Surviving are his Son & Spouse Bill & Karen Roupe of Piney Creek, NC; Daughter Anita R. Choate of Sparta, NC; Granddaughter Dana Choate of Charlotte, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents John Lyndolph Roupe & Rose Sexton Roupe; his wife Algie Hutchens Roupe; Brother Edward Roupe and infant sister.

Funeral Services will be conducted Monday April 26, 2021 at 1:00pm at New Haven Church of the Brethren in Sparta, NC. Family will be at the Church one hour preceding the funeral service. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. Rev Bobby Reed and Bro Ed Hall officiating.

In lieu of flowers, family sincerely requests memorial contributions be made to New Haven Church of the Brethren Cemetery Fund.
