Rev William Dean Shupe, age 69, of Fries, VA, passed away Thursday June 3 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA.

Surviving are his wife Janet Shupe of the home; Sons Larry (& Rachel) Shupe of Fries, Jerry (& Angel) Shupe of Maryland,  Scott (& Nikki) Shupe of Fries, Andrew Shupe of Hillsville; 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grand children; Brother Olin (& Elizabeth) Shupe of Fries; Sister-in-law Evelyn Shupe of Fries; Several nieces and nephews also survive

Preceded in death by parents Marlin & Anna Aline Shupe; Brothers Arlin (& Nata) Shupe, C.V. "Vivian" Shupe; Great Grandchildren Max Sechrist, Lucca Wilkins

Celebration of Life at Atkins Memorial Methodist Church in Fries,  Sunday June 6th at 6pm for family and friends.

Private family Graveside Service Monday June 7th at 11:00am at Atkins Memorial Cemetery.  Rev Teri Gregory officiating.
